• Positive Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other members and partners, sharing knowledge and resources openly. Be supportive of others’ efforts, and offer constructive feedback with the goal of improving the outcome.
• Clear Communication: Communicate clearly and respectfully in all interactions, whether online or in person. Avoid aggressive language, personal attacks, or any behavior that may cause discomfort or conflict within the community.

• Integrity in Work: Ensure that all work, whether in coding, project management, or community engagement, is conducted with honesty and integrity. Do not plagiarize, misrepresent your skills, or take credit for others' work.
• Transparency: Be transparent in your contributions and decision-making processes. Share your goals, methods, and progress openly with the community and partners.
• Responsible Use of Technology: Use technology responsibly, with the aim of benefiting communities and avoiding harm. Be mindful of data privacy, security, and the potential impact of your work on others.

• Continuous Learning: Strive for continuous improvement in your skills and knowledge. Take advantage of the resources and learning opportunities provided by Coders Without Borders and be open to feedback.
• Support for Others: Encourage and support the growth of others in the community. Share your knowledge, mentor less experienced members, and contribute to a culture of learning.

• Focus on Social Good: Align your efforts with the mission of Coders Without Borders, using your skills to solve real-world challenges and empower communities. Prioritize the long-term impact and sustainability of your work.
• Engage with Communities: Engage respectfully with the communities you serve, listening to their needs and collaborating with them to co-create solutions. Avoid imposing ideas or solutions that do not align with the community’s values and needs.

• Accountability: Take responsibility for your actions and contributions. If you make a mistake, acknowledge it, learn from it, and work to rectify it.
• Punctuality and Reliability: Honor your commitments and meet deadlines. If you are unable to fulfill your responsibilities, communicate this as early as possible and seek assistance if needed.
• Representation of Coders Without Borders: When representing Coders Without Borders in any capacity, uphold the values and reputation of the organization. Act as an ambassador for our mission and community.

• Reporting Violations: If you experience or witness any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it to our support team through the Contact Page. All reports will be handled with confidentiality and seriousness.
• Consequences: Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, suspension of membership, or termination from Coders Without Borders, depending on the severity of the violation.

Continuous Review: Coders Without Borders is committed to regularly reviewing and updating this Code of Conduct to ensure it reflects the evolving needs of our community. Feedback from members is welcome and encouraged.
